okbey Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "okbey Platform" means the website located at okbey.cam, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and any other digital channels through which okbey services are provided.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by the User on the okbey platform.
• "User," "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the okbey platform.

• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from the User to their okbey account balance via supported payment methods.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an okbey account or use any okbey services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. okbey reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The okbey platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of each gaming session. Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are strictly forbidden from using okbey services.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) okbey account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. okbey reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all wagers and bonuses associated with those accounts, and confiscate any funds or winnings derived from such accounts.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, phone number, and any other information requested by okbey. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbey account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify okbey immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

okbey supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of deposit. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). okbey reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours. Requests to decrease deposit limits take effect immediately. okbey may impose its own minimum and maximum deposit limits, which will be displayed at the time of deposit.

3.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your okbey account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property. okbey reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time. Deposits originating from criminal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any other illicit source are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e., deposits made using payment methods belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned, the account being suspended, and any associated winnings being forfeited.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

Users may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time through the okbey platform. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, source of funds verification, and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. okbey aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

okbey may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be displayed on the platform at the time of withdrawal. Users who have not completed identity verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4.3 Withdrawal to Source

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If this is not possible due to technical or regulatory reasons, okbey will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative withdrawal method.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

okbey operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if okbey reasonably suspects that funds are connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity. okbey reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

okbey offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and cashback offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These terms are displayed on the promotions page and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. 5.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

okbey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while you have an active bonus, okbey will handle the situation fairly and in accordance with Philippine gaming standards.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the okbey platform has its own rules, payout structures, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages. These rules are accessible within each game's information section. By playing a game, you agree to abide by its rules and accept its outcomes as final.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the okbey platform use certified random number generation systems that are regularly tested for fairness by independent third-party auditors. okbey does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are subject to the rules published on the okbey platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed odds and the actual odds, okbey reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds. Dead heat rules, postponed event rules, and other sport-specific rules are available in the sportsbook section of the platform.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods can be set for durations ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds. At the end of a temporary self-exclusion period, your account will not be automatically reactivated; you must contact support to request reactivation.

7.3 Deposit and Loss Limits

okbey provides tools that allow Users to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits. These limits help Users stay within their entertainment budget and avoid excessive spending.

7.4 Session Reminders

Users can enable session reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous play. This feature helps promote awareness of time spent gaming.

7.5 Underage Gaming Prevention

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 okbey's Right to Suspend or Terminate

okbey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to situations where okbey reasonably believes that:

• The User has breached these Terms & Conditions
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• The User has provided false or misleading information
• The User is located in a prohibited jurisdiction
• The User has mu ltiple accounts registered
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk to okbey

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, okbey reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void any pending bets, and cancel any active bonuses. If the account is terminated without cause by okbey, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

8.3 User-Initiated Account Closure

You may close your okbey account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to wagering requirements or pending compliance reviews will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbey platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface elements, text, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbey or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any okbey intellectual property without prior written consent from okbey. Any unauthorized use of okbey intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbey, its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the okbey platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities due to platform downtime or technical errors
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services
• Errors in game outcomes caused by circumstances beyond okbey's reasonable control

In any event where okbey is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of okbey to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your okbey account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have a dispute with okbey regarding any aspect of your account, a game outcome, a withdrawal, or a promotion, you should first contact okbey customer support via the platform's live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and work toward a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

okbey collects, uses, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the okbey platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before creating an account.

13. Amendments to These Terms

okbey reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okbey will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users by email. Continued use of the okbey platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and okbey with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
